Sandhurst Fine Foods has added a new product to their range with the new ‘Baby Dolmades.’ The Baby Dolmades is a hand rolled product that is easy to serve and cost effective.

QSR Media: What are your recent product innovations?

Mimmo: The most recent addition to the Sandhurst product range is our Baby Dolmades. This product is available in 6xA8 (2kg) tins.

QSR Media: What makes it stand out?

Mimmo: The small size and great taste really makes this product stand out from the regular dolmades. Other great qualities of the Baby Dolmades include:

QSR Media: What challenges did you encounter during the product’s development?

Mimmo: We endeavoured to ensure that the look and taste of this product is of premium quality. By sourcing this product from Europe we were able to obtain a high quality, authentic, hand rolled product.

QSR Media: Tell us more about how the QSR industry will benefit from this product.

Mimmo: The Baby Dolmades is a new and innovative Authentically European product to introduce to the industry. Due to their authenticity and size they offer a point of difference to the end user as well as being cost effective and quick and easy to serve.

QSR Media: How do you think consumers will respond to the product?

Mimmo: We have had a very positive response from our consumers particularly customers who focus on purchasing European products.
