Three new burgers headline the range.
Milky Lane is celebrating the end of NSW lockdown from October 11 by launching 12 brand new menu items, $10 happy hour cocktails and live DJ sets at all locations.
The range features a trio of burgers:

- The Big Poppa, made up of a double smashed pattie, layered with double American cheese, topped with pulled brisket in Milky Lane’s BBQ sauce, stacked with crispy maple smoked bacon, a mozzarella pattie, diced onions, house made crispy onion rings and finished with “bacconaise”;
- The Chicken Parmi, a herb and panko crumbed chicken schnitzel, loaded with smoked ham, Mozzarella cheese, smashed Potato Gems, Milky Lane Napoletana sauce all served on a mozzarella-coated milk bun
Desserts include deep fried pancake battered Snickers served with liquid peanut butter, Nutella, crushed peanuts and vanilla ice-cream and the Caramilk and Biscoff Cookie Skillet.
Rounding out the list of new items are four cocktails, which separately incorporate Hubba Bubba strips, Biscoff and Caramlik.
“We’d set out to launch our new menu items the week before lockdown and then needed to hold these back from our NSW foodies. After a long four months we can’t wait to welcome our customers back into Milky Lane restaurants and serve up these epic new creations,” Christian Avant, one of the chain’s co-founders, said in a media release.
Milky Lane, known for its strong social media following that outclass some fast food giants, has been developing a quick-serve format that is slated to debut next year.
