KFC, Peking Duk team up for festival-exclusive burger

The Peking Cluk Burger will be handed out for free all day long at the Feastival on Cockatoo Island on Sunday, March 13.

Packed with the chain’s Original Recipe fillets, a cucumber and spring onion slaw and hoisin glaze sauce, the Peking Cluk Burger will be exclusively available at the Feastival on Cockatoo Island on March 13, where they will be handed out for free all day long.

Peking Duk, coming off their new single ‘Honest’ feat. US singer Slayyyter, will headline the event, supported by Baker Boy and Thandi Phoenix.

“KFC’s commitment to the music industry has never been more important, given the pressure the industry has faced in recent years. We’re proud and excited to be able to partner with such amazing talent not only on an incredible gig but to be able to cement our music relationship with the launch of the first artist collaboration product in Australia,” KFC Australia chief marketing officer Kristi Woolrych said.

Peking Duk added: “We’re cluckin’ stoked to be teaming up with KFC to pair together two of our favourite things; good tunes and good food. As lovers of the fried gold, working with KFC to create our own burger really is the dream, plus we can’t wait to play our music for you while you’re eating the burger - the perfect score to the perfect meal at Cockatoo Island.”
