The brand is partnering with Vincent Yeow Lim aka TikTok superstar Dimsimlim.
KFC is opening the first Colonel’s Spice House pop-up restaurant in Sydney to help launch the return of the Hot & Spicy to KFC menus nationwide.
From 5 to 6 October, KFC will take over the Spice House at Sydney’s Spice Alley. The Colonel’s Spice House menu has been developed in partnership with Vincent Yeow Lim aka TikTok superstar Dimsimlim, chef and ‘Wolf of Wok Street’ creator.
The Colonel’s Spice House will see Hot & Spicy served alongside other reimagined iconic KFC menu items including Hot & Spicy Drumsticks, wings, Zingers, and a dessert. The Colonel’s Spice House will also serve six bespoke sauces, each designed to complement the Hot & Spicy flavour explosion at different levels of spice, including ‘Blazen Hot’, ‘Simply the Zest’ and the ‘11 Spice Sauce’, the hottest sauce to ever grace a KFC menu
Tickets for Saturday sessions will be available from 11:11 AM on 2 October and tickets for Sunday sessions will be available from 11:11 AM on 3 October. Tickets are priced at $30 each (plus a booking fee) and must be purchased in pairs, with profits from ticket sales supporting Aussie youth’s mental health and wellbeing through the KFC Youth Foundation and its charity partners: Black Dog Institute and ReachOut Australia.
Meanwhile, KFC also announced that from 1 October to 28 October, the Hot & Spicy will be available to participating restaurants nationwide. Fans can get their hands on Hot & Spicy as a standalone feed or as part of a meal in the Zinger Box, 3 Piece Box or Family Feast via the KFC store or the app.
