Huxtaburger, Hanoi Hannah partner to launch new burger

The Banh-mi Burger has launched on October 25.

Huxtaburger co-owner and chef Daniel Wilson has teamed up with Hanoi's head chef Hannah Mathew Johns to produce a banh-mi inspired creation.

The new offering features the Huxtaburger’s signature buns with lemongrass, ginger and chilli pork patty layered with pickled carrot, nouc mam, tossed green papaya, coriander
and Vietnamese mint.

Co-owner of Hanoi Hannah Charlie Rothery says the collaboration has been a lot of fun for both Melbourne brands. “It’s been awesome working with the Huxtaburger crew and we’re really excited to deliver a unique burger that our city will love.”

The Hannah is available for a limited time only for $12.50, across all Hanoi Hannah and Huxtaburger restaurants, and participating delivery platforms.
