Ferguson Plarre launches Christmas range

Something old and something new.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses are excited to launch their brand new Christmas range. New additions this year include the Orange Eclipse Pudding, Chocolate and Cherry Pudding Cake, and Salted Caramel Pudding Cake, along with the comeback of old favourites.

The Orange Eclipse Pudding features a a light fruit pudding with a whole candied orange hidden inside, while the Chocolate and Cherry pudding cake features a chocolate mud style pudding packed with sour candied cherries and chocolate sauce throughout.

Meanwhile, the Salted Caramel Pudding Cake is dipped in white chocolate ganache, coated in white coverture chocolate and topped with a salted caramel snowflake drizzle.

This year the classic range is back with a few tweaks, the Classic Fruit Cake now features a beautiful snowflake icing, while the Classic Fruit pudding is lighter and the mince tarts now feature less pastry and more fruit to ensure the balance is just right.
