KFC releases limited edition chicken prom corsage
Available in the United States, in time for prom season.
KFC has partnered up with Kentucky-based florists Nanz & Kraft announcing a limited edition chicken corsage.
"Looking for a corsage that will make your date’s eyes light up and her mouth water?," asked the florist on its website, "this KFC drumstick corsage is the Secret Recipe to making sure this year’s dance will be one you both remember."
A video ad campaign was posted on KFC's website featuring a young man offering his date a fried chicken corsage. It starts off as awkward but ends with the girl taking a bite of her corsage.

According to Nanz & Kraft, only a limited edition of 100 chicken corsages will be available at $20 each, "just like the last piece of chicken in the bucket, when they’re gone, they’re gone," it wrote.
The corsage kit will not be delivered with the chicken but instead will include a $5 KFC gift check, "so you can customize your corsage with Original Recipe, Extra Crispy or Kentucky Grilled Chicken. Whichever best matches her dress."
Local corsages will have fresh baby's breath and out-of-town corsages will have silk baby's breath.
