Eagle Boys appoints Annette Sibley as Human Resources Manager

Eagle Boys Pizza CEO Todd Clayton said Ms Sibley would bring a wealth of experience to  the company.

“Annette has a very strong background in human resources within the retail and health sectors and has the ability to provide more relevant people strategies in the key divisions Eagle Boys is looking to expand,” Mr Clayton said.

“We’re delighted to have someone of Annette’s calibre on board the Eagle Boys’ Human Resources team. As Eagle Boys grows, we’re keen to retain and attract the right people to help grow the business,” he said.

“In addition to managing the general human resource and industrial relations functions, Annette’s role will focus on promoting a learning and development culture that sits alongside an enhanced performance management process.”

Ms Sibley will work to develop people strategies in line with the mantra that they must contribute to the overall strategic direction of a business.

“The alignment of current and future business issues with individual development opportunities for both national office employees and franchisees, will be a driving force in the successful attainment of business goals,” she said.

“It is about ensuring the business has talented and competent people in the right roles. This, and optimum work processes will significantly contribute to the successful implementation of the company’s strategic plan.”

Ms Sibley has 14 years experience in both the small business and corporate arenas, including time with Myer and Colorado Group Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
