Tork rolls out Xpressnap dispensers in Star Buffet
It boasts an ‘AD-a-Glance’ feature.
Since 2011, Tork has been supplying Xpressnap dispensers to Star Buffet restaurants.
Star Buffet shared that they were on the lookout for a better napkin solution, since their restaurants were experiencing some problems with how the napkins are distributed and the cost of its supply.
“We used to put napkins in baskets at different points around the Buffet and people would grab a handful as they went past,” said Dudley Lo, Manager of Star Buffet Bosley Park.
Lo indicated that they had to restock the napkins every half an hour and was even a cause of holding up the line in the buffet.
However, since the introduction of the Tork Xpressnap dispensers, Lo said that it provided a cost effective solution to their napkin problem.
Star Buffet shared that the dispensers helped reduce napkin consumption in their restaurants, as customers are now spending less time getting a napkin and simply gets one, instead of a handful.
“We have HACCP rating and I thought Tork Xpresssnap kept things clean and would be good for health and safety reasons too,” added Lo.
