Muffin Break launches contest for filmmakers

The competitor who makes the best 30-second TV commercial will win $25,000 in cash.

Muffin Break has teamed up with Channel Nine’s Today Show to give viewers and customers a fantastic opportunity.

The duo is promoting Muffin Break’s “Big Break” competition where up-and-coming filmmakers and creative cinematographers are encouraged to produce their own take on a Muffin Break television ad.

One competitor will win $25,000 in cash, a home entertainment package worth $10,000 and the chance for their ad to appear on national television.

The competition is the perfect opportunity for students or budding directors and producers with a desire to make it in a difficult market.

Competitors are asked to create a 30-second television commercial which best portrays what Muffin Break means to them in any style including animated or live action while reflecting the unique qualities of the creator.

The TVC should incorporate the Muffin Break logo in some way and focus on the key brand values – Freshness, Wholesomeness, Reliability, Quality and Safety.. a great customer experience where you can relax with a premium coffee and delicious food by yourself or with family and friends.

Entries are now open and the competition closes on 17 November 2011, with judging to be conducted by Muffin Break from 18 November 2011.

Entries should be sent to [email protected] with the competitors full name, age, gender, home address, email address and daytime contact number.
