They’re all set for a ‘new era’.

Along with the announcement of The Coffee Club’s latest partnership with Ricky Martin, the brand also revealed that they are preparing for ‘new era’ that will offer something different and new to a wider market.

The Coffee Club shared that the team-up with Ricky Martin is just one of the big events the brand has lined up for their customers.

Below is a Q&A with Sarah Broad, The Coffee Club PR & Communications Manager.

QSR Media: What pushed the brand to team up with Ricky Martin?

Broad: We wanted to think big and differently to drive customer in store and experience our brand transformation including the launch of our new menu this week. Ricky was a great fit for out brand and he is loved by Australian fans.

QSR Media: What activities for fans and coffee lovers are lined up or are involved in this partnership?

Broad: We have 400 tickets to give away to our customers as well as 4 exclusive back stage passes to meet Ricky Martin at each of his eight Australian concerts.

QSR Media: Tell us more about the ‘new era’ that The Coffee Club is preparing for.

Broad: The new era is about transforming the brand to be more modern and contemporary which still following our proud heritage.

It’s about attracting new customers and reinvigorating the experience for our loyal existing customers.

QSR Media: What can customers expect from this?

Broad: Nearly every customer touch point will be transformed from new menu (launched), new coffee experience including new crockery (November), revitalised cabinet offering (in the coming months) a program of new store designs (some stores have already undergone the refresh and all new stores to open under the look and existing stores to undergo refurbishment in due course), new uniforms (in the coming months).
