Pizza Capers bags ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award for 5th year
The pizza chain was awarded the Canstar Blue title for Most Satisfied Customers for the fifth consecutive year.
Pizza Capers General Manager Yvette Shearer said the brand continued to put the customer first year after year, with an increased focus on operational excellence putting franchisees’ focus on customer service over the past eighteen months.
“The past year or so at Pizza Capers has been about reinvigorating the operational excellence of our Franchises, with a renewed commitment to excellent customer service, speedy delivery times and of course high quality, generously topped pizzas that look just as good as they taste,” Shearer said.
“It’s fantastic that our Franchisees are getting recognised for the outstanding effort they put in each and every day to every single pizza they make and customer they serve!”
Survey results showed that Pizza Capers’ menu variety, unique toppings and quick delivery times are the main reasons the brand nets high satisfaction ratings from its customers.
The brand has received five stars for menu variety, delivery, service at ordering and taste of pizza, and took out the overall satisfaction category to beat out its fellow pizza-making competitors.
Shearer said the awards aligned with the bigger market trend towards healthy, real food and hand-crafted, gourmet products.
“The proof just keeps on coming in - consumers are rating gourmet pizza as the most satisfying product currently on offer from quick service restaurants.”
