Hungry Jack's names Sydney International Airport as Franchisee of the Year
Hungry Jack’s Sydney International Airport has been awarded the title of Franchisee of the Year at the company’s annual awards night.
The franchisee at Hungry Jack’s Sydney International Airport was one of 19 franchisee restaurants recognised for excellence at this year’s awards ceremony at Sydney Olympic Park.
Hungry Jack’s franchisee, Airport Retail Enterprises’ CEO John Chapman said he was honoured to claim the Franchisee of the Year award and offered his congratulations to the hard working team.
“We are very proud of the team at Sydney International Airport who do an outstanding job at delivering excellence across the board at one of the busiest Hungry Jack’s restaurants in the country,” said Chapman.
Hungry Jack’s franchisees are assessed annually on a points matrix to determine a leader across six categories including: Sales and Traffic, Operational Standards, Training, Customer Feedback, Consumer Feedback and Franchisee of the Year. In addition to being Franchisee of the Year, Sydney International Airport secured strong results in other categories including Sales and Traffic and Operational Standards.
Hungry Jack’s Marketing Manager, Rachel Korbel congratulated Airport Retail Enterprises on the award at the Sydney International Airport restaurant.
“The awards have been in place for more than twenty years now and we continue to be impressed by the performance of franchisees nationally. We congratulate the hard-working team at Sydney International Airport who take pride in providing customers from all over the world a great restaurant experience every time,” said Korbel.
Award winners received a range of prizes including cash, an iPad and various vouchers which will be used at restaurants.
