Fasta Pasta links up with The Smith Family
Find out what this partnership is up to.
Italian franchise, Fasta Pasta, has recently announced a national partnership with a national children’s charity, The Smith Family.
The initiative aims to raise funds through in-store donation boxes, to aid young Australians in need to create better futures for themselves, by getting the most out of their education.
According to The Smith Family’ General Manager for South Australia and Northern Territory, Graham Jaeschke, “By giving people access to the same educational and life opportunities many of us take for granted, we can break the cycle of disadvantage and ensure these children get the same learning opportunities as their peers.”
With the Smith Family’s “Learning For Life” program, young children are given support for their education, from pre-school and primary school through to high school and even up to tertiary studies, should they decide to pursue it.
“We see this partnership as a way to define our commitment and align ourselves with a single organisation, which undertakes such fantastic work with the disadvantaged youth of today.
“While all restaurants have supported many different charities over the years, we have never maximised our social responsibility program. We are thrilled to be working with The Smith Family as our charity of choice and look forward to developing many beneficial fundraising activities together in the future,” added Frank Taddeo, Fasta Pasta Chief Executive.
