Catriona Noble talks about the Mcdonald's gets grilled documentary

In this Q&A Catriona Noble, MD McDonalds tells QSR Media a bit more about their involvement with the documentary "McDonald's Gets Grill'd".

QSR Media: What did you think of the documentary?
Catriona: We think that the documentary shows the reality of our supply chain processes, the quality of our food and the operation of our restaurants and reflects the opinions and perspectives of the documentary participants. Given we know that Australians are interested in what they eat, we think that the content will resonate with people.

QSR Media: Do you think it will change perceptions people may have about McDonald's?
Catriona: We think that the documentary will challenge people’s beliefs about our food – where it’s sourced and how it’s made. It’s a revealing behind-the-scenes look at our standards and our processes that’s bound to elicit discussion and perhaps change the way people think about McDonald’s and our food.

QSR Media: What might "surprise people" in the documentary?
Catriona: We think that people will be surprised at the level of detail that’s covered in the documentary, and the very probing questions asked by the participants. It’s a very open and honest approach to demystifying our supply chain and food preparation processes that has never been done before.
