Only 12% of fast food consumers eat this type of cuisine.
According to BIS Shrapnel, only 12% of fast food consumers eat Middle Eastern food. The report also noted significant differences that exist in age, salary, and employment status.
Consumers aged 25-29 are more likely to consume Middle Eastern food than those aged 60 and above. In addition, the report also showed that consumers earning above $150,000 and those who are unemployed are more likely consume this type of cuisine.
The chart on the right outlined the percentage of fast food consumers who eat Middle Eastern food.
