CHOOKS fresh & tasty enters top 10 franchise list

Named one of the top 10 franchises in Australia, CHOOKS fresh & tasty also secured the ninth spot in the WA Rising Star Business Awards.

It is the first time CHOOKS have made the top ten overall franchise list; finishing eighth in the categories of lifestyle, and support, and fifth in the rewards category.

CHOOKS fresh & tasty Chief Chook Steve Hansen was delighted with the recognition and said it was a proof of the success of the business model and that hard work pays rewards.

“It’s been a long journey to get to this point,” he said. “Initially starting with two stores, it’s pretty amazing to realize CHOOKS now has 40 stores throughout West Australia, Queensland and Tasmania.

“I think a big part of our success is the culture we have created at CHOOKS with suppliers and franchisees – it’s more like a family than a network of business owners.”

The top ten overall franchise list, compiled by strategic marketing intelligence company 10 THOUSAND FEET, is based on surveys from franchisees Australia wide.
