
Pizza Capers bags Canstar Blue’s ‘Most Satisfied Customers Award for Pizza’

Pizza Capers recently received Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award for Pizza. It is the gourmet pizza brand’s third time winning the customer satisfaction award.
Colmar Brunton, commissioned by Canstar Blue, conducted a survey on customer satisfaction with pizza to a total of 2500 Australians. The gathered results are from 1450 Australians within that group who had purchased and eaten a pizza from a specialist chain pizza outlet in the last 3 months, either through online purchase or in person.
According to Rebecca Logan, spokesperson of Canstar Blue, Pizza Capers garnered five star ratings for taste, service, variety, and overall satisfaction. Logan also added that taste and service are “big ticket items” whether customers are eating out or taking away.
“Pizza Capers has shown it is solid in both of these areas, scoring five stars for taste and service since we began rating pizza stores three years ago. Pizza Capers is not necessarily the cheapest pizza but it’s the best according to its customers, who, according to the survey, are the most satisfied pizza consumers of all,” said Logan.
Other pizza stores that were included and rated on the survey were Crust—scored 5 stars for delivery and variety, Eagle Boys—scored 5 stars for value for money, Dominos—scored 5 stars for delivery and deals, and Pizza Hut.
Moreover, the survey also revealed that three in five consumers purchased and had eaten a pizza in the past three months with a number using the takeaway option, to save money.
It also showed that 51% of the respondents never pay full price for pizza, and instead used discount vouchers or shopped on promotional days, and that 46% shared that they ordered more pizza than they needed so that they will have leftovers.
