Mad Mex opens stores in Doncaster, Cameron Park

The new outlets bring the chain’s ANZ store count to 71.

Mad Mex announced the opening of its newest restaurants in Doncaster, VIC and Cameron Park, NSW, bringing the chain’s total ANZ store network to 71.

The Doncaster outlet is situated within the food court of the local Westfield whilst Mad Mex Cameron Park can be found within the eponymous retail and entertainment precinct Cameron Park Plaza.

“We’re proud to be opening two new stores and expanding the Mad Mex family. We know that we’ve got the freshest and tastiest authentic Mexican food that locals love. Now with the opening of the new restaurants, even more Australians will have the chance to feast on one of the world’s best burritos,” Mad Mex founder and CEO Clovis Young said in a media release.
