Zarraffa's recognizes its most successful franchisees

Gives out awards to the best.

Zaraffa's Coffee held a gala dinner after its two-day conference, recognizing its most successful franchisees.

Multi-store owners Terry and Jeanette Bambury acquired multiple award wins across their stores, including the prestigious 2014 Zarraffa’s Franchisee of the Year Award.

Meanwhile, the Bambury’s, who own four stores on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, also took out the Store of the Year and the Growth Award (under 2 years) for their Maroochydore store and the Internal Shopping Centre Growth Award for their Morayfield store.

Zarraffa’s CEO Kenton Campbell said the standard achieved by the Bambury’s across all four stores was exceptional and recognised their commitment to the franchise system and passion for the brand.

“Terry and Jeanette have earned their recognition and could not be a more positive success story for the Group,” he said.

“Their customer service, staff loyalty and business acumen are just some of the elements that set them apart and we are proud of their trajectory and reinvestment in the brand with multiple stores.”
