Soul Origin kicks into high gear with expansion plans
Soul Origin amps up store openings and marekting strategy.
The newly opened store in Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast is the first to open in Queensland for the brand.
Soul Origin celebrated the store opening with giving away free coffee for the day.
The brand said that the Pacific Fair store is the first step to developing strong coverage in Queensland as Soul Origin aims to replicate the success they have experienced in Sydney.
Soul Origin General Manager, Chris Marvis said the store in Pacific Fair was a natural progression for the brand, “There is a real appetite for healthy fast food in the Australian quick-service retail industry and opening our latest store in Pacific Fair is a fantastic opportunity for us.”
“The newly renovated complex looks world-class after stage two of its $670M face-lift. We had the opportunity to serve 6,000 new Soul Origin customers in our first week of operation. We are very excited that our brand is a part of Pacific Fair and have been welcomed with open arms.”
Ronald Doyle, Marketing Manager of Soul Origin, told QSR Media that Soul Origin would like to reach out to more locations in the capital, following its stores in Belconnen and Woden.
“We have another three sites planned to open in the upcoming months off the success of our stores in Belconnen and Woden,“ he said.
“We look for sites that have high retail exposure with a long frontage. We feel that gives us maximum opportunity to showcase our brand and product via our displays and store fit outs.”
In addition, the brand looks to continuing its momentum and opening more branches in other states.
“Coming up for Soul Origin includes stores opening in Queensland and Victoria. Our first QLD store opened on Thursday last week in Pacific Fair Shopping centre,” Doyle said.
“Off the back of our recent marketing activity, we plan on a significant Brand Launch kicking off in October this year leading into a busy retail period over summer.”
“Our multi-channel campaign will be a national campaign aiming at making Soul Origin a household name and the first choice for Australians eating healthy and on the go.”
