New Disruptive QSR brand enters Sydney
It is the first Australian Japanese X Latin restaurant.
Australian Japanese X Latin restaurant, TokyoTaco, is a new QSR brand that offers signature tacos, chips, and plant-based ice cream in Sydney.
This new concept's owners are also eyeing to open more stores to offer their signature tacos, chips, and plant-based ice cream in Sydney.
Jordan Hajek, co-founder of the restaurant, said they have “visionary decisions” in restaurant operations such as eliminating single-use plastics, using energy efficient lighting, and sustainable packaging.
“We’re constantly reviewing our practices and innovating ways to further reduce our footprint and to contribute to a healthy community within which we live and work,” said Hajek.
”We’re focused on maintaining a strong trusted identity within the community. We are committed to working closely with our suppliers and local businesses as an extension of our team,” said Andrew Collis, also a co-founder of TokyoTaco.
