KFC Spokesperson: While the information hub has only been live for a week, to date we have had positive responses from our customers and stakeholders We’re looking forward engaging with the Australian community on our initiatives shared on this site and welcome any feedback they may have.
QSR MEDIA: How will you be promoting the hub?
KFC Spokesperson: This information hub is publicly available via the KFC Australia website at www.kfc.com.au. With thousands of Australians visiting our website every day, we have made this hub highly visible so that consumers can easily view updates on our initiatives.
QSR MEDIA: What does the new information hub hope to accomplish?
KFC Spokesperson: At KFC Australia we do a lot more than just make great tasting food. As one of the largest quick service restaurant systems in Australia, we recognise we have a responsibility to positively impact the communities and the environment in which we operate. This information hub is a way in which we can transparently and openly report on how we’re delivering against our CSR goals, engaging in a constructive dialogue with our stakeholders.
QSR MEDIA: Could you tell us a bit about KFC's new concept store eleven and its launch in Australia?
KFC Spokesperson: KFC is constantly looking for ways to innovate the store experience. We’ll be able to share more news with you in the New Year.
