Smart dual-surface grills

Garland XPress Grill has cooking flexibility that comes in various sizes and configurations — and now with cook heights of up to two inches which allows you to cook basically any type of product.

It also has multi-stage cooking that provides the ability to program extra steps within the same recipe, as many as you need, up to 10. This means you can have one stage for cooking, a second one to finish it, and a third one, say for melting cheese or adding seasoning. These smart dual surface grills are available in single lane - 300mm, double lane - 600mm, and triple lane - 900mm widths, providing flexibility to fit your operational requirements.

Easy to use controllers

While it would take an average of three weeks to train someone to use a flat grill, anyone can easily learn to use the Garland XPress Grill with its easy-to-operate interface.

It uses easyTouch screen design that is simple yet intuitive with a ‘press and go’ interface. Your menu can be pre-loaded to grill almost anything, and it can be easily updated via USB for consistency among sites. With just a tap on the screen, the grill will automatically start cooking the food on both sides at the same time, ensuring better quality for half the time it would take on a conventional grill.

The Garland XPress Grill also has an advanced temperature control that delivers consistent precise core temperatures, ensuring that there is no overshoot and undershoot. It also offers temperature uniformity with five independently controlled heat zones — three on the plate, two on the platen. Each lane can also be set to a different temperature for multiple menu choices that you want to cook at the same time.

After a productive day, users can rest easy knowing that cleaning the Garland XPress Grill is a simple process too. The teflon sheets on upper platens prevents food from sticking, and its simplified sloped design, with a single shaft platen lift assembly allows convenient access to the back areas.
