Popular iced tea brand now in Australia
Introduces a fresh new twist on iced tea.
Dr. Pepper Snapple Group has partnered with Stuart Alexander to bring in the Snapple line of beverages to Australia, with the limelight on the all-natural, premium iced tea blends.
"As the most popular premium iced tea brand in the U.S. it’s not surprising Snapple has a loyal cult following that really embrace the brand. We saw an opportunity in Australia’s iced tea category to create a similar buzz amongst trend-conscious consumers and to strengthen our premium beverages portfolio by bringing such a brand on board," explained Mark Barr, General Manager at Stuart Alexander.
He described the all-natural line as "refreshingly real," as it is made with green and black tea leaves with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, adding that the iced teas are served in a glass bottle "for the ultimate iced tea experience."
Bar noted that Snapple Iced Tea is a great alternative to carbonated soft drink and complements any meal. "Snapple is set to build a loyal consumer following in Australia making it perfect for QSRs interested in offering a unique beverage to 'premiumise' their offering in a competitive market. Major retailers have already jumped on the chance to make this the summer of iced tea, so trend-aware QSRs should follow suit."
Flavors available are Peach, Lemon, Raspberry, and Green Tea.
