QSR Media: What makes you excited about your position?

Nick Vincent: Eagle Boys franchisees and their employees, along with the dedicated support office team, are inspiring. Their passion for their business empowers the entire network and is why I care about the work I do. I am fortunate to be working with a creative team excited by growth, who all believe in the Eagle Boys brand and work hard to provide delicious, great value pizza.

QSR Media: What are your key business philosophies?

Vincent: I strive to exemplify professionalism to my colleagues, support their professional growth and empower team members to succeed.

QSR Media: What three goals are you focused on?

Vincent: Supporting our franchisees and their business at a local level through national growth, the most recent effort being the release of a new menu. Solidifying Eagle Boys as an international brand, through expansion into the Gulf region, Southern Africa and Asia, and opening more stores in India. And establishing a highly effective leadership team that will successfully shape the Eagle Boys of the future.

QSR Media: What long-term changes are you planning on?

Vincent: The management team is focused on growing pizza sales at a local, community level, while also expanding the brand both in Australian markets and those across India, the Gulf region, Southern Africa and Asia. We want to continue to build our brand and develop our reputation for providing exceptional food and customer service. We also want to maintain a positive influence on our local communities through initiatives such as the Happiness Fund. Finally, I want to bolster Eagle Boys’ reputation as a legendary Australian business.

QSR Media: What previous positions have prepared you for this one and how?

Vincent: I have had the privilege of working for some of Australia’s leading brands including Westfield, IGA, The Coffee Club and McDonald’s. The roles I held in these organisations gave me invaluable experience that has shaped both my professional reputation and skillset.
