Acoording to Canstar Blue.
Muffin Break has recently been awarded with the most satisfied customers for coffee shop chains by Canstar Blue.
According to the firm, the chain stood out in the survey for the following:
- overall satisfaction,
- the quality of food,
- its loyalty program, and
- consistency across all its stores.
Other brands rated were Zarraffa’s Coffee, Michel’s Patisserie, The Coffee Club, McCafé, Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Starbucks Coffee, Hudson’s Coffee, and Dome.
"Zarraffa’s Coffee was particularly hot on our award-winners heals, earning five stars for customer service, coffee taste, taste of other drinks made, quality of food, and consistency across stores," noted Canstar Blue.
