Crown is famous for doing everything on a grand scale. The Crown staff restaurant had been using other napkins but was experiencing a lot of wastage. “Every time a person took a napkin more would fall out and no-one wanted to touch them so they would be left as litter,” explains staff restaurant Operations Manager, Sreekanth Sarikonda. “And the napkins took a lot of time to refill,” he adds. So he decided to trial the Tork Xpressnap Stand dispenser. “Straight away we started seeing savings as people only take one napkin at a time and others don’t fall out. Plus they are so much quicker to refill,” Sreekanth says.” It used to take forever to restock the napkins and now it takes seconds. We have minimal floor staff so that means they are free to attend to all the other jobs and it is so much more efficient,” Sreekanth explains.
Efficiency isn’t the only feature of Tork Xpressnap that Sreekanth appreciates. “The dispensers look good and the ecolabel and recycled fibres mean we are being environmentally responsible, which is a driver all throughout Crown Casino,” says Sreekanth.
Sreekanth has been so pleased with Tork Xpressnap he recommended it to the manager of one of the public food outlets at Crown.
