Winners will be joined a Michelin star chef, the brand’s CEO and his mom.
To celebrate the launch of their Seafood Pho meal, Roll’d has announced that it will fly out some customers and their friends to Melbourne.
The winners’ ‘pho-nomenal’ journey will also be joined by Michelin-starred chef Jonathan Alston, Roll’d co-Founder and CEO Bao Hoang, and his mom (who served as the inspiration behind the brand.)
The adventure will begin with getting fresh produce in South Melbourne’s markets. Winners will learn the older Hoang’s noodle soup recipe.
“Being raised by mum in a fairly traditional home, all my best memories were surrounded by her food. We’re so excited to give people the chance to learn some of her secrets alongside Jonathan, who is our resident culinary genius,” Bao Hoang said.
Founded in 2012, Roll’d Australia has rapidly expanded with close to 70 stores nationwide.
