Noodle Box celebrates 25 years with new loyalty campaign
The promotion is available exclusively through the chain’s Concept Ate Rewards app.
Australian-owned Asian food franchise Noodle Box is celebrating 25 years with a new loyalty campaign.
The 25 Years of Noodle Box, 25 Weeks of Rewards campaign starts 7 June and is available exclusively for customers using the Concept Ate Rewards app, which can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play
Noodle Box was founded in 1996 with a maiden store in Chapel St, Melbourne. The chain currently has over 70 outlets.
“When we launched Noodle Box, we wanted to launch a brand that was iconic and innovative, giving Australians something not yet experienced before. This thinking has become part of the Noodle Box culture, with innovation at the core of every decision we make,” Noodle Box co-founder Josh James explained.
“We are not a single-brand franchise, we are committed towards becoming Australia’s number one multi-brand franchisor with 150 restaurants in the next 5 years, all with a multi-brand offering,” added Grant Lee, chief executive of Noodle Box’s parent company Concept Eight.
The Concept Ate Rewards app also houses items from fellow Concept Eight brands Wokinabox, Pattysmiths and virtual brand Double Dragon Dumplings and Supreme Leader Korean Fried Chicken, allowing members to order ahead or opt for delivery from multiple brands in one single transaction.
Every order placed is also rewarded with points and access to member-exclusive offers, the company added.
