Hungry Jack’s collaborates with UNO for new giveaway

The prize pool is valued at more than $87 million.

Hungry Jack’s has teamed up with UNO for a brand new giveaway.

The promotion is inviting customers to buy any medium or large meal and peel the UNO Game Card Panel off its packs to reveal if they have a matching pair of UNO cards to win.

The prize pool, valued at more than $87 million, includes a Suzuki Vitara, TCL home theatres, holiday escapes and a variety of food items.

It is the biggest on-pack promotion ever undertaken by the fast food chain, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

“This exciting collaboration is bound to bring smiles to millions of Australian families and we look forward to hearing the familiar shout of ‘UNO’ echo across the country,” Hungry Jack’s chief marketing officer Scott Baird said.

The promotion starts on May 11 and will run for six consecutive weeks at all Hungry Jack’s restaurants.

"As the number one game in the world, UNO brings people together by transcending language, culture and age through gameplay,” added Jacinta Whitehead, Director of Marketing at Mattel ANZ, the maker of UNO.
