Grill’d unveils new summer menu
It will also hand out special deals this summer.
Grill’d is leaning into summer with its new Lamb Bam Basil Burger made with Luxe lamb pattie, crispy bacon, parmesan cheese, dill pickles, cos lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, basil sauce & egg mayo as it unveils its summer menu.
Sourced from Gundagai, NSW, the new menu is part of their partnership with Gundagai Lamb. The burger is one of the first GLQ5+ lamb burgers in Australia. The burger is described as having better marbling and lean meat, from happier, healthier lambs.
Part of the new summer menu is the Wagyu patty. Featured in the Wagyu Wunder, Sir Truffle, Bonfire BBQ and Luxe Nacho burgers, it is a tender, flavourful, juicy chuck and brisket. It’s also 100% Australian pasture-raised, grain finished with 4+ grade marbling.
The burger also has a chicken truffle version made with parmesan cheese, cos lettuce, basil sauce and luxurious truffle mayo. The new menu will also have new salads.
Grill’d will also be offering a $10 Summer Special, with all Wagyu and Lamb Burgers and Salads $10 for Relish members only as well as half-priced drinks excluding bottles of wine and Corona buckets which are open to all customers.
The $10 summer special will last until 24 December, whilst the half-price drinks will be for the whole of summer.
