Gelatissimo celebrates 19 years with cake-themed gelato, home packs

MasterChef’s alumnus Reece Hignell will also be creating a custom brownie sandwich recipe that will be shared on the chain’s website and social media platforms.

In celebration of their 19th birthday on September 5, Gelatissimo is launching a new Funfetti Birthday Cake gelato.

The commemorative item is a blush pink bubble gum treat layered with sponge cake pieces and Sonoma Baking Company’s buttercream icing, and topped with white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles.

Gelatissimo has also created limited edition, deluxe birthday-at-home packs that include 1.5L of gelato, party hats, candles, extra sprinkles and chocolate-dipped cones.

Another deluxe flavour launched by the gelato chain is their Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie, which sees peanut butter gelato topped with vegan choc brownie chunks, swirled with a crunchy peanut butter and choc ripple.

Seven days of giveaways are planned, including the chance to win a year’s supply of gelato.
