Check out our quick Q&A with Swaysland.
QSR Media: What has drawn you to get involved in the multi-site restaurant industry?
To be honest, I fell into it by chance and loved every minute - even the bad ones (Well, kind of!) My mantra from when I began to today remains: ”Results flow through people.” I never, ever forget that.
What are some of the industry issues you're thinking about at the moment? What are some developments you're seeing that the industry should take a closer look at?
COVID-19 will change how we operate going forward; we are at the start of that. Delivery will become even bigger, restaurants will need to adapt to the new world to succeed mid-term. Technology will continue to evolve the customer experience.
What can we expect from your participation at the QSR Media Sandhurst Conference & Awards? What are some things you're excited to do there?
Really looking forward to sharing some stories from Papa John’s - the good and the bad, talking and sharing experiences.
