Crust to open its first US store

Part of its plan to open more than 100 stores globally in the next two years, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars is opening a store in Los Angeles in May.

According to Crust, this expansion will effectively double their size, with plans for 50 to 100 stores to open in the US, 15 to 20 stores in New Zealand, and to make further inroads into the Asian market.

Talking about the United States, Crust Managing Director and Co-Founder, Costa Anastasiadis, said, “This is a country with a population 15 times that of Australia, so the potential is huge for Crust.”

Currently there are 120 Crust stores in Australia, one in New Zealand, and two in Singapore.
