Burgertory partners with Souvlaki GR for co-branded site in Melbourne
The concept will also feature a fusion menu.
Burgertory announced it has partnered with Greek chain Souvlaki GR for a co-branded site in St. Kilda, set to open later this month.
The restaurant concept, which will be built on an old Jimmy Grants site, will also come with a souvlaki/burger menu.
“We’re giving our customers what they want, it’s a concept that’s been on the cards for a long time, now the time is right,” Burgertory founder and CEO Hasheam Tayeh said.
“Joining forces, we will make sure we keep the vibe alive and offer Melbourne some of the best burgers and souvlaki under one roof,” added Souvlaki GR founder Despina Karagiozis.
A spokesperson for Burgertory also confirmed to QSR Media that they have secured six additional locations, due to open this year.
