Sunny Queen Australia launches latest omelette patty range

There are 3 variants to choose from.

Australian egg brand, Sunny Queen Farms, debuted a new range of Omelette Patties, which are snap frozen and ready for heating in the microwave, on the grill, or in conventional ovens.

The Omelette Patties are made from fresh Sunny Queen eggs, and are available in three varieties—Plain, Fetta and Spinach, and Cheese and Bacon. The brand has Gluten free and Halal options as well.

“As our Sunny Queen Omelette Patties are so easy to prepare in even the most fastpaced kitchen, chefs can be more creative in adding their own ‘secret ingredients’ to create their breakfast sandwich favourites,” said Julie Proctor, Sunny Queen National Manager of Marketing & Innovation.

The brand hopes that the new patties would help Australian chefs take on their US counterparts in delivering a wider variety of ‘breakfast sandwich’ options for Aussies, especially now that American cuisine has been gaining popularity amongst consumers.

“More than 60 varieties of ‘breakfast sandwiches’ with eggs are featured on US foodservice menus and the category commands almost 20 percent share of the breakfast menu. We believe there’s enormous potential for growth of the breakfast sandwich in Australia,” added Proctor.
