Gloria Jean’s brews up new smooth Sereno blend

It has hints of dark cocoa and citrus.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees has unveiled the new Sereno Blend, which is a smooth, medium roast blend that will complement the existing Original Blend.

The Sereno blend was named after its serene and smooth body, and is made from a fine selection of Arabica beans from Central America and Africa. It is being promoted as having a lively and light tasting blend of coffee, with hints of dark cocoa and fresh citrus.

“Australia is such a mature coffee market and we’ve seen a growing demand for coffee experiences. Offering the smooth and mellow Sereno Blend provides an opportunity for guests who prefer their latte with a little lighter taste,” said Nabi Saleh, Executive Chairman at Gloria Jean’s Coffees.

Together with the launch of the new blend, the Gloria Jean’s Coffees Moments competition has also been launched. The new promo invites coffee drinkers to share their coffee moment by uploading an image to the competition website, and the most creative entry will win $10,000.
