Sunny Queen Farms is set to launch their new “on the go” breakfast option across Coles Express outlets beginning November 2013.
The new Breggie Bake is a bacon and egg brekkie, made with Sunny Queen eggs.
Breggie Bake is designed to provide customers with an easy and instant “to go” breakfast menu item for Petrol & Convenience and QSR outlets.
“Breggie Bakes are a great, convenient option for Coles Express customers who’ve been looking for a satisfying, hot breakfast they can eat on the run,” said Richard Bycroft, Category Manager for Coles Express.
The brand added that the new product does not require cooking or any preparation. Vendors can just easily heat it up and sell it to their customers.
“By 2016, Australian adults will eat 15.7 fewer breakfasts at home...but they love a tasty hot breakfast, as can be seen by the huge growth in out of home breakfast sales.
“More and more workers are looking to their local convenience store to grab something quick and sustaining for breakfast. Now they can enjoy a filling, hot, real breakfast that’s ready to eat,” said John O’Hara, Managing Director of Sunny Queen.
