Get a glimpse of Gelatissimo’s revamped ‘gelaterias’
It will feature a ‘Galleria del Gelato’ and sundae bars.
Gelatissimo will soon be launching its latest gelateria production concept called, ‘Galleria Del Gelato.’
The new Galleria Del Gelato offers customers a front row seat to watch the whole gelato making process, including the machinery used, through a glass-viewing window.
In addition, Gelatissimo will also be launching their new and extensive range of ‘Coppe Gelato’ or Italian-style sundaes, which will be large enough to share.
“Through the introduction of the Galleria Del Gelato and Coppe Gelato Sundaes, our gelaterias are now engaging destinations where customers can immerse themselves in the world of an artisan gelato maker.
“This visual presentation will heighten the authentic Italian experience customers have when they taste freshly made gelato created from scratch,” said Domenico Lopresti, Joint CEO of Gelatissimo.
The Galleria Del Gelato and Coppe Gelato sundae bar will be unveiled at the brand’s new Norwood store on the 14th of September, and at their reopened Burwood store on the 28th.
The brand also shared that the new concept will be rolled out in other Gelatissimo stores in the coming months, such as their Broadway (NSW) and Mackay (QLD) stores in October 2013 and in an International Territory opening in November 2013.
