Find out about Pie Face’s new menu item
New low-gluten pie launched by the pie chain.
As mooted in last week’s social media wrap up, Pie Face, the pie chain with 84 stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and the US, has officially launched its first low-gluten pie. The pie, which is actually gluten-free but for labelling reasons can only call itself low-gluten, has a beef, onion and gravy filling and will cost $7.95. As Pie Face’s Senior Marketing Manager Kim Carlon says “We knew there was an opportunity within the low gluten / gluten free category, so we have been working really hard to make this pie a reality”.
Indeed it seems that this launch will be the first of many low gluten items the group plan to add to their menu this year, as consumers look for healthier fast food options.
