Burger Edge teams up with Gippsland Natural for new burger
They have launched the new 'Stockman's Burger'.
Burger Edge announced that they have teamed up with Gippsland Natural Beef for the launch of the brand’s latest menu addition—the Stockman’s Burger.
Burger Edge Franchisor and Group CEO Issam Soubjaki shared that the concept of a branded beef burger with a direct link to the people who cared for and raised the cattle appealed to them.
According to Enza Soubjaki, Burger Edge Franchisor and Head of National Operations, the flavour of the new Stockman’s Burger comes from the grass-fed free-range Gippsland Natural Beef.
“We were looking for a uniquely flavoured and textured burger to stand out on our menu, and with the Gippsland Natural Beef, that is exactly what we have. Furthermore, we can now provide a 100% gluten free beef offering for our celiac and gluten intolerant customers,” added Enza Soubjaki.
Gippsland Natural director Bob Davie, also shared that they have been developing relationships around ‘Gippsland Natural’ and ‘Enviromeat Beef’ brands for some time, and that the new burger was a “culmination of many years of hard work, with the Burger Edge Stockman’s burger now leading the way ‘from paddock to plate.”
The new Stockman’s Burger will be launched nationally, across the brand’s 24 stores this week.
