Check out Urban Burger's new 'Burger of the Month'
It will be launched on the 1st of July.
Urban Burger’s ‘Burger of the Month’ promo will soon be hitting the menu board next month.
It will serve as an avenue for the brand to introduce new and exciting burger recipes and re-introduce previous favourites as well. Customers will be able to try out various new burger recipes that will be up on the menu boards for a limited time only.
Blue cheese, Bacon, and Beef.
These are the three key ingredients of Urban Burger’s first ‘Burger of the Month.’ The brand will be kicking off their latest promotion by bringing back a menu favourite.
The Blue cheese, Bacon and Beef burger was first introduced a few years ago, and since then, customers have been awaiting its return on the brand’s menu.
“We have received a few comments from customers who have been our fans for years telling us how much they loved it and asking if it would ever return. With feedback like that, we have to ask ourselves ‘Can it return?’” said Emma Keyte, Franchise and Marketing Manager at Urban Burger.
The recipe became a hit not only amongst their customers, but with the brand’s franchisees as well. The franchisees were also witnesses to the success of the burger recipe, making it a right fit to kick off the brand’s promo.
The brand expressed its excitement about the burger’s launch, as the Blue Cheese, Bacon and Beef burger contains special ingredients, not usually found on the brand’s standard menu. Aside from the blue cheese, the new burger also includes an onion relish, creamy aioli, and cos lettuce.
Keyte also reported that new product encountered its share of challenges during its development and that there were a lot of discussion “As you know, blue cheese is a strong component to any recipe which is why a lot of its fans love it, but we had to be careful about what to add to complete the burger and what not to add so as not to overdo it" said Keyte.
“We got there in the end, and we are all happy with the final recipe and really excited about its launch in stores on the 1st of July,” added Keyte.
