Zarraffa's integrates new Indonesian Sumatra Blue
The coffee is originally from the highland plateau of Onang Ganjang.
Zarraffa's Coffee rolled out the new Indonesian Sumatra Blue as part of its coffee collection in all stores nationwide.
The coffee has notes of sweet berry, bittersweet grapefruit, and citrus acidity.
It can be added to beverages such as espresso, piccolo, or cappuccino flat white and pairs with any favourite hot or cold milk-based drinks.
Zarraffa's CEO Marnie Sheldon said the Sumatra Blue coffee beans are special because they are grown at 1,400m altitude within a wet climate of approximately 2700mm of rain yearly.
"Each one of our Black Label Single Origin bean collections offers a bespoke flavour, providing taste profiles that might sometimes get lost in a blend. Each has a distinctive taste and experience, and we look forward to you trying this delicious new flavour," added Sheldon.
