Sumo enters grocery market with new retail range
They will also unveil another set of meals in early 2019.
Sumo has announced the launch of their new retail range, SumoWell, that features packaged and portioned meals to be available in groceries and petrol convenience channels.
The range is separated into smaller segments: the Power Proteins, Nourish Bowls, and Sides to Share. Some of these offerings are Black Sesame Chicken with hokkien noodles & kale, Green Goddess Chicken with crunchy raw veg & clean avocado dressing and Asian Hokkien Noodles with black sesame and kale.

By widening our distribution channels we can help more of the nation gain access to quality, convenient and taste-good food without compromising on health,” SumoSalad founder and CEO Luke Baylis said.
“This includes the release of our SmartPlate® range – a range of perfectly portioned ready meals giving you just the right amount of smart carbs, protein and veg,” he added.
The SmartPlates range will be released in early 2019. It includes Organic Veg Fritters with Kale, Turmeric Dahl & Tandoori Roasted Cauliflower and Slow Cooked Grass Fed Beef with Supergreens and Sweet Potato Mash.
