P’Nut Street Noodles to introduce plant-based noodles

The new menu comes at the back of its new partnership with Fable.

P’Nut Street Noodles has partnered with sustainable food pioneer Fable to introduce a new menu item, the Plant-Based Singapore Noodles with Fable Plant-Based Beef.

The new food item is composed of delicate rice vermicelli noodles, flavoured with curry powder, fresh ginger and garlic are wok-tossed with Fable’s plant-based beef made from Shiitake mushrooms along with fresh and locally sourced carrots, zucchini, snow peas, green beans, broccoli and onion, starting at $21.95.

P’Nut is also introducing Fable’s plant-based beef as a protein option that customers can add or substitute in any of P’Nut’s menu items, offering more healthy options for their plant-based and vegetarian customers, and expanding their already extensive vegetarian and vegan-friendly offerings.

Fable’s plant-based beef is an all-natural, chef-quality meat alternative made from real, naturally meaty Shiitake mushrooms. Leveraging the nutritious benefits and natural umami flavours of mushrooms that help make the meat so appealing, Fable’s mushroom products are made from all-natural ingredients that are free from GMOs, preservatives, and artificial ingredients.

The dishes will be available for takeaway and dine-in customers as well across UberEats.
