Noodle Box features plant-based category in new menu

The new menu items are available starting 17 October.

QSR brand Noodle Box launched on 17 October its new menu items, which include a plant-based option.

Customers can take their tastebuds on an Asian food adventure including Thai Sticky Pork Belly, Thai Basil and Cashew stir fry, plant-based Char Siu Pork Mini Buns, and an entire range of plant-based noodle or rice options, including Korean Fried Tofu.

The new menu range was developed by Noodle Box National Menu Development Chef, Justin Cho, in collaboration with the wider Noodle Box team.

The new menu is adapting to the shift with more Australians seeking culturally diverse food and plant-based options.

Noodle Box said the new menu item also complements the brand's refresh.
