McDonald’s launches Grimace Shake in Australia

The brand will also unveil a Grimace-inspired meal.

McDonald’s has officially announced that it will launch the viral Grimace Shake in Australia on 4 October for a limited time.

The berry-flavoured purple shake was first launched in the US last year to commemorate Grimace’s birthday.

The Grimace Shake will be available a la carte or as part of a Medium or Large Grimace Meal with the choice of a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, complemented by Fries.

“Grimace has been making fuzzy waves around the globe and now it's our turn to celebrate. We thought there was no better way to channel the energy of our lovable pal than by bringing you the Grimace Shake,” Amanda Nakad, Marketing Director for McDonald’s Australia said.

The Grimace Shake and Grimace Meal are available in Macca’s restaurants nationwide, via drive-thru, kiosk and front counter, as well as the MyMacca’s app and McDelivery.
