Guzman y Gomez brings mushrooms back on the menu

The mushroom fillings will be made available in GYG's breakfast range.

Guzman y Gomez has brought back the plant-based protein Pulled Shiitake Mushroom Filling in all its restaurants.

Its return coincides with the launch of the Pulled Shiitake Mushroom Taco (1 for $5.50, 2 for $10.50). Featuring Pulled Shiitake Mushroom with crunchy iceberg lettuce and freshly made Pico de Gallo topped with herb Mayo (VG) on a flour or corn tortilla.

In addition, the new filling will also be made available to GYG’s breakfast range.

Aside from breakfast, the plant-based protein will be available for Lunch and Dinner at all GYG restaurants for dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, delivery and on the GYG App.
