Guzman Y Gomez brings in traditional Mexican Ground Beef filling

The new addition is a 20-year old family recipe from their head of menu innovation.

Guzman Y Gomez has announced that they launched a new filling, Ground Beef, that is said to be a traditional Mexican recipe from the family of their head of menu innovation Cindy Flores.

The offering consists of garlic, onion, Mexican spices, and orange juice.

“I am so excited to share my mother’s incredible mince recipe, that’s been passed down through the generations, with our guests. A lot of Aussies have probably never experienced the flavour of traditional Mexican mince,” Flores said.

“We’ve always been committed to serving the best and perfecting every recipe before we take it to our guests. Family recipes are cherished traditions and we’re so lucky to be able to take this authentic, Mexican, recipe and bring that story and flavour to Aussies all over the country,” Steven Marks, Global CEO and founder of Guzman y Gomez, said.
